Project Description
The project involved restoring the heritage building from a dilapidated residence into commercial offices. The existing building was the childhood residence of the owner which also accommodated his father’s butcher shop and mechanic workshop. The restoration of the property required attention to detail to ensure that all sentimental value was retained as well as the heritage character of the building.
