Project Description
This project involved the design of a new Cardiac Centre which comprised of 6 consult rooms, 2 stress test rooms and an echo room, along with an undercover carpark and various staff amenities. The objective was to create a building which was not only recognisable and attractive but also practical. The design needed to operate as a functional cardiac centre while avoiding the overly clinical feel which is often associated with medical environments and instead create an atmosphere which was warm and welcoming to patients.
